    Join Ginny, art museum docent, as she curates a two-hour tour of the best art exhibitions featured at the international Chelsea galleries. While touring, Ginny will provide insight on historical context, the art techniques used, and the importance to the current art market. Past tours looked at works by Picasso, Frank Stella, Mark Bradford, and Richard Avedon.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • Walk covers approximately 1 mile, flat, and there may be some stairs within the galleries.
    • Tour starts in Chelsea, around 10th Avenue and 26th Street.
    • The precise meeting location will be provided to registered students a few days before the event.
    • Students must make their own arrangements to get to the meeting place.

    These dishes offer wonderful brain-boosting nutrients that are filled with B vitamins, vitamin C, iron, and omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for optimal cognitive function. Also, foods that resemble the brain are beneficial to the brain, such as cauliflower and walnuts.

    Join La Casa owner Spencer Pingel and one of his expert mixologists to taste three types of tequilas (blanco, reposado, and añejo) and one mezcal. After discussing their distinguishing characteristics, you will learn what it takes to make the perfect margarita, whether traditional, flavored, or smoked. All the while, you will be nibbling on guacamole, chips, and light bites. As the finale, you can choose one margarita to drink. Your day will definitely end better than it started!
