More importantly, you'll use a tested procedure and a set of culinary tips for making fried noodles of all kinds with any protein or vegetables you choose. We’ll walk you through ingredient selection, substitutions and equipment adjustments for the home kitchen. You'll practice frying up your own batch of noodles, with your choice of protein - chicken, egg or tofu. Then you’ll enjoy a taste of Pad See Ew (crispy fried umami noodles with Chinese Broccoli) and Pad Kee Mao (pan fried noodles loaded with fresh summer basil, chilis and crisp veggies). And you’ll walk away with a long list of cooking skills to apply towards future at-home take out dishes.
