ACT Test Prep

Increase your chance of admission to the college of your choice! An experienced teacher will lead a review of math, English, reading and science (standard high school content review- no new concepts introduced) and participants will learn keys to test-taking strategies. This course involves lecture, practice test taking, individual and group discussions of test results, and skill building exercises. Review English usage and rhetorical skills needed for the ACT. Refresh knowledge of pre-algebra and algebra concepts tested on the ACT. Understand strategies to use on the scientific reasoning portion of the tests and refresh your knowledge of scientific concepts. *Students must bring a basic calculator with them to class.
