Are you interested in transitioning from construction worker to contractor? Would you like to start your own construction business? If so, this course may be what you need to help you get started to eventually take the exam and become a fully licensed contractor. The 32 hours of instruction includes a review of the license application process, the International Building Code, an introduction to TN construction laws, legal and financial issues, accounting practices, loans, liens, and insurance.
