TYPES OF COURSE
Online - We’re portable! These courses meet online via Zoom which means you can enjoy them anywhere and everywhere. Not able to make it at the scheduled time? Most courses will be recorded and are available upon request.
In-Person – Come on down! These courses meet on campus here at CSUSB in Palm Desert. An in-person course might be the right choice for you if you are looking to connect with other like-minded adults who are interested in a similar subject. You can also stop by the OLLI office before or after you class for a cup of coffee or a snack.
Hybrid – You choose the way you want to learn! These courses meet both in-person on campus and online via Zoom which means you can come in person one week and zoom online the next. A hybrid course might be the right choice for you if you are looking for a flexible way to enjoy your courses.
Instructor Live Stream – Connect with your peers! These courses meet in-person, with the instructor teaching online via zoom. This might be the right choice for you if you want to in-person classroom experience with instructors who are not available to teach on campus. Don’t forget to stop by the OLLI office to say hi or enjoy a cup of coffee.
