In the Supervisory Management Certificate course, students will learn about different management styles, effective communication and feedback, goal setting, and emotional intelligence. Students will also identify and develop their personal leadership style, learn how to motivate diverse workforces and make ethical business decisions, and improve their time management. Learners will receive a certificate of completion from DSCC upon completion of the coursework.
