Due to circumstances beyond our control, class locations or times may occasionally change during the semester. We will make every effort to notify you by email. If we are unable to reach you, updated information will be posted at the class location.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If OLLI cancels a class:
We will make every effort to notify you before the class begins. You will receive a full refund for any class canceled by OLLI.

If you withdraw from a class:
Please contact Debra Herman at Dherman@fsu.edu. Refund requests must be made by the end of the first week of class. Class fees are not refundable after the first week.

• Withdrawal from one class: $10 fee
• Withdrawal from all classes: $25 fee
• No-shows forfeit the course fee.
• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Activity fees paid through the registration system are non-refundable.
