Digestive Health Gentle Chair Yoga focuses on improving improving the efficiency of the digestive system while using a chair for stability, balance, and support in seated and standing poses. Stretch, twist, fold, compress, breathe, and massage to minimize stomach discomforts and promote healthier digestion for overall well-being.

Class Size Limit: 20

Mobility Requirement: Students must be able to sit and stand using a chair for stability and balance.
