Introduction to Buddhist Meditation and Mindfulness (4-Week Class 2/19, 2/26, 3/4, 3/11), (Wednesdays, 4:30pm-6:30pm)   

This is an experiential introduction to Buddhist meditation and mindfulness in formal practice and in daily life. Students will learn different postures for seated meditation, techniques of progressive relaxation, and several methods of meditation, including contemplation of breath and loving kindness. Class size limit: 70.
