The Life and Films of Cary Grant (Monday through Thursday, 4 sessions, 2/24, 2/25, 2/26, 2/27, 7-9pm)   NEW!

This lively examination of Hollywood’s definitive leading man, Cary Grant, details both his off-screen personality and his suave on-screen persona. Grant’s success was initially launched by his brilliant comedic talents in such films as screwball comedies The Awful Truth, Bringing Up Baby and The Philadelphia Story. Later, Grant gravitated to more mature, serious roles collaborating with, among others, film director Alfred Hitchcock, to make such classics as Notorious and North by Northwest. Supporting film clips will offer a rare yet interesting study on Grant’s fascinating, but secretly troubled, life and movie career. Class size limit: 60.
