This peaceful 163-acre park is home to the elegant Wesley House—a beautifully restored 1897 mansion surrounded by moss-draped live oaks, ornamental gardens, and reflecting pools.

    During this  session, participants will taste a curated selection of major white varieties, learn where these grapes are grown, and use the wine aroma wheel to better understand flavor profiles. Discussion will include identifying and isolating key components such as alcohol, sugar, oak, tannins, acidity, varietal character, aromas, body, and texture.

    This course will introduce students to the concept of cybersecurity for personal devices, internet, email & social media usage.  This course will help the student understand the problem of security in a cyber world, how to mitigate risks, respond to intrusions and be prepared in the event of a disaster.  In this course we will discuss how to protect individual computers and personal networks from cyber-attacks and how to respond should an attack occur. GPT and AI Technology and software will be demonstrated and the use of off-site backups and cloud infrastructure will be detailed.
