 Learn the lifesaving skills of CPR and AED use in this American Heart Association certified course. Gain the confidence to respond in an emergency with hands-on instruction and certification upon successful completion.

To complete an American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) CPR certification, you must physically demonstrate the required psychomotor skills on a training manikin on the floor. This includes performing continuous, uninterrupted chest compressions at a depth of at least 2 inches and a rate of 100 to 120 compressions per minute, alongside delivering effective rescue breaths.
Physical & Skill Demands
Do you have a physical limitation or injury that makes kneeling or heavy chest compressions difficult? Once you register, we can explain your options for official accommodation or modified testing with your instructor.
