The American Heart Association’s BLS (Basic Life Support) course is designed to teach the skills of CPR for victims of all ages, use of an automated external defibrillator and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction. It satisfies the requirements of students enrolled in the Gordon College Nursing program and to healthcare workers who provide service to patients in a wide variety of settings. This is open to the general public, as well.
An AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider electronic card is included in the registration fee and will be available upon successful completion of the course.
