  • Basketball Camp  Basketball Skills Camp June 23rd & 24th
  • Fee: $125.00  Ages 10 & Up. Lunch is Provided. Free tshirt to first 30 campers. Check in begins at 8:30am in the SARC Arena, parents may temporarily park in the Staff/Faculty lot on College Drive, opposite the large digital billboard.

Then A parent/guardian should read the Jr. Highlanders Handbook and then must complete the Junior Highlanders Release form for each child prior to any participation.     Let your creativity run free and make something truly uniqueand one of a kind. In this class, taught by Professor Bob Detamore, you will study basic but important techniques of throwing pottery forms on the wheel, centering the ball, pulling cylinders, and handbuilding. More advanced students will work on more complex projects. Topics include pulling and attaching handles, sizing lids, applying glaze, firing, and more. The course includes clay, glazes, use of the wheel, and firing in the kiln.

    A tool set is available in the Gordon Bookstore (approximately $13). Please call 678-359-5053 for store hours.

    Collective resilience is the team’s ability to overcome adversity, and then adapt and grow together because of that adversity. Resilient teams are the key to both individual and organizational resilience. Resilient teams are stronger together and they make learning and change possible. This certificate program provides the knowledge and skills required to build and leadresilient teams in organizations of any size, in any industry.

    Students that complete this certificate program will be prepared to sit for one of the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® (RBLP®) series of certification exams. If you are interested in sitting for a certification exam, please apply here.

    This pass if for family and friends of GSC Faculty and Staff. All Guests must sign in at front desk each visit and show photo ID. On first visit, please ask desk attendant to give you a tour of the equipment.
