Workplace Excellence Certificate (7 Class Series)  

Competition is fierce these days – whether you want a new job, a promotion or just want to shine in your current role. Having the right technical skills is important, but to really stand out, studies show employers want employees with strong communication, teamwork, productivity, interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Learn how to enhance your written, verbal and non-verbal communication; prepare for difficult conversations; navigate office politics; become a valued team member; increase productivity; and develop critical thinking skills. The certificate may be earned by taking the courses individually or register for the series and save.

Series includes (36 total hours)

To receive a Certificate of Completion, students must attend 80% of the entire Certificate Program.
