Completed applications for our Class A CDL program are always being accepted, and names will be put on a waitlist when the current class is filled. Dates for the next class will be posted shortly before the start of the current class. In general, the Class A Program is offered four times per year: February, April, July, and September.
Hazmat Endorsement is not included in our Class A Licensing Program, but can be added after earning your license by following these steps:
- Enroll in our FMCSA-approved ONLINE ELDT HazMat course through this link: Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) for Hazardous Materials
- Apply for and pass the TSA Hazardous Materials Endorsement Threat Assessment Program This step involves being fingerprinted and may take up to 60 days for approval.
- Pass the MVD Written Knowledge Test - score at least 80% on the 30-question exam.
