Let MVCC help you get (or stay) in shape by signing up for one of our health and wellness classes. Choose from several yoga classes, palates, HIIT yoga, Cardio Hoop, and many more. Classes are offered on the MVCC Utica Campus and at the Jewish Community Center. For Fall 2020, check out our online health and wellness options!
