Nothing says the holidays like cookies! Have some fun in the kitchen learning cookies that are a little off the beaten path as we travel through Central Europe and Poland. A great class for bakers looking to freshen up their usual holiday cookie rotation. If a student is unable to stand at a work bench, please notify NHFS so instructor can set up a lower accessible work area. Students aged 15+ welcome to register.

• Several containers for taking bakes home. Students can expect to take several dozen cookies home.
