Mobility declines with age, but more so if we're not active. Come enhance your physical and spiritual well-being through exercise. We'll practice balance, strength, and flexibility movements that lead to increased mobility. Each class follows a similar routine that can be done at home, allowing you to look after the health of your joints for many years to come. Please wear comfy clothing. Your body will thank you!
