Eat More Plants: Plant Based Cooking Demos with the Happy Vegan Couple   

Whole food, plant-based dietary patterns are supported by major medical organizations as an excellent strategy for optimizing health, maintaining a healthy body weight, and significantly reducing risk for chronic disease. Plant-based recipes will be demonstrated, along with science that explains why plant-based eating is so healthy.
