All face to face OLLI courses and SIGs are cancelled for spring term 2020. We have received many memos from the President of the University of Minnesota as the COVID-19 situation evolves. We will try to repost the most recent communication here for additional information regarding what the University and the State of Minnesota are doing in response. Review President Gabel’s latest communication for additional information.

 Registration/Allocation Process
During the initial two week request period, members can request as many courses as they like. OLLI uses the Course Allocation Model for registration, not “first come, first served.” During the three day allocation period requests are assigned a registered or wait listed status based on an equal opportunity allocation process and how courses have been prioritized by each member. An algorithm (or allocation) is run on courses with more requests than seats. Members are then notified via email of the courses in which they are enrolled. After the allocation period, registration reopens and members may enroll in additional courses in which seats are still available, up until two days prior to the start date of the class.

Member Privacy
When you first join OLLI and at any time during your membership, you can choose to keep private any personal information (such as your name, address, etc.) that is maintained by OLLI concerning your membership. To learn more about how to do so click here.
