10468: What an Art Print Has been, is Now, and Can Be - LATE START DATE - New   NEW!

Prints are a rich cornucopia to draw upon, a form of art accessible to many. Various printing techniques convey images that inform, intrigue, inspire, and persuade. A guided walk through the Highpoint Center for Printmaking studios and galleries will reveal techniques used by local artists. Students will learn about and create their own prints. Prints published by the Highpoint Editions Company will be showcased. We will visit the MIA where a docent will lead a tour of the Print Study Room and selected galleries.
