NEW 30604 Immigration: Who Are "They" and How Did "They" get Here?    NEW!

Immigration is one of the major social and political issues in America today, yet little understood by many people. This seminar explains the distinctions between different types of immigrants, and such topics as: U.S. immigration policies and practice since World War II that have affected American society; what is DACA?; a brief survey of the Minnesota immigration scene; and a quick look at recent changes to immigration and refugee policies. Bring other questions with you!
