30900 OLLI Scholar Shakespeare's Apocrypha

Can you solve the mystery? We know Shakespeare wrote at least 38 plays in his career, but there are a dozen more plays historians are still trying to figure out whether or not he authored. These plays are called Shakespeare’s Apocrypha. We’ll read two plays from the Apocrypha: A crime play called Arden of Faversham, and a love story called Fair Em. This course will include reading through passages of the plays and discussions of how we know Shakespeare’s work when we see it. Will you be the one to crack the case?
