30918 Introduction to Hellenistic Astrology

In the mid-1990s, ancient Greek texts explicating the astrological system used by Plato, Pythagoras, and others were discovered and translated. The rediscovery of this complex and well-developed system is one of the reasons there has been an Astrology Renaissance in recent years. In this course, I will briefly discuss the philosophical background behind this system and teach students how to read their birth charts using this ancient system.
