Holistic Opioid Addiction Prevention (HOAP)   

Holistic Opioid Addiction Prevention (HOAP) Program will provide the knowledge, skills, abilities, and tools to prevent opioid addiction and improve long-term pain control. HOAP is an integrated educational intervention that teaches opioid alternatives for chronic pain patients. This model allows for collaborative care by combining the skills of the FNP and the PMHNP.
