Nursing-Specific Deadlines & Refunds

Courses operated by the Center for Continued Nursing Learning (CCNL) follow a different refund schedule than other courses.

• Full refund up to 10 business days before a workshop or the first day of class
• 80% refund up to 2 business days before a workshop or the first day of class
• No refund as of 2 business days before a workshop or the first day of class

 General Deadlines & Refunds*

• Individual Workshops (one day or less)
  • Full refund up to 1 business day before the class
  • No refund as of the day of the class
     
• Multi-Day Courses
  • Full refund up to the first day of class
  • 80% refund during the first week of class
  • No refund after the first week of class
     
• Online Courses
  • Full refund up to the first day of class
  • 80% refund during the first week of class
  • No refund after the first week of class

*Some courses may follow a different refund schedule. Such exceptions will be noted in the course description and your registration confirmation email.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Continuing Education and the Center for Continued Nursing Learning reserves the right to approve or deny requests for exceptions to the above policies on a case-by-case basis. If you have a special circumstance, please contact the appropriate department prior to withdrawing from your course.

To withdraw from a registered class, please complete the Withdrawal Form. We will be in touch by email within 3-5 business days of submission.
