The art of belly dance dates back thousands of years and is known for its feminine grace and isolated body movements. Belly dance will help you develop flexibility, strength, and improve posture. In this 4-week beginners course, you will learn the breakdown of the basic moves used in belly dance and then apply them to a full routine. We will progress through the choreography each week, and at the end of the session, you will have a beautiful dance to show for your efforts.
Students should wear clothes comfortable for exercise.
