Identify the key tools and techniques to effectively plan for scope, schedule, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurements and stakeholder management. This course keys on both predictive (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile) planning techniques. This class is offered in partnership with Green River College.
