Belly Dance Techniques - All Levels   

Nurture the body and mind with belly dance. This ancient art form is a full body low impact dance that can help with balance, posture, flexibility and muscle coordination. It provides stress relief, as well as energies the body and mind. Use and care for your body with something fun. All levels of experience welcome! 

By the end of this course, students will be equipped with muscle isolation techniques, basic and beyond basic moves, warm up exercises, and footwork patterns. They will be able to put together dance combinations and have a basic understanding of belly dance music.

    Wear comfortable clothes for exercise. Hip scarves will be available for class use.
