Part 2 of Inclusive Leadership & Intentional Decision-Making Series
This interactive workshop helps participants examine how decisions are made within teams, organizations, and communities, and how those choices affect different people. Emphasizing intentionality in who is included, who is impacted, and whose perspectives are considered, the session invites participants to reflect on everyday decisions, from policy development to meeting structures. Through hands-on practice, participants will learn tools and strategies to make decisions that are more thoughtful, accountable, and inclusive, strengthening processes at all levels of influence.
This class is offered in partnership with Clark College.
