Decision Making with Intention: From Theory to Practice   

Part 3 of Inclusive Leadership & Intentional Decision-Making Series

Move theory to action. Building on the foundational practices introduced in Part 1, this training focuses on applying intentional decision-making in real-world contexts, with an emphasis on sustainability, accountability, and lasting cultural change. Participants will engage with real case studies, practice using decision-making tools, and troubleshoot common challenges that arise when shifting organizational processes. This session provides the space and structure to refine strategies, ask critical questions, and build confidence in making thoughtful, inclusive decisions at all levels of leadership and influence.
