Gentle Yoga   

This all-levels class combines yoga postures, breathing exercise, meditation, and relaxation to help improve strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, and stress management. Classes will focus on building a strong foundation based on the principles of alignment, so expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. This experience is suitable for those new to yoga as well as seasoned practitioners seeking a continued understanding of basic yoga poses.
