Gentle Yoga   

This all-levels class combines yoga postures, breathing exercise, meditation, and relaxation to help improve strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, and stress management. Classes will focus on building a strong foundation based on the principles of alignment, so expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. This experience is suitable for those new to yoga as well as seasoned practitioners seeking a continued understanding of basic yoga poses. Participants should dress in comfortable layered clothing they can move freely in. A limited number of yoga mats and props are available to borrow, so you're encouraged to bring your own if you have them.
