Work on your sense of balance and ability to recover when you lose it. Maintaining balance is a dynamic action that requires flexibility, adaptability and internal strength. Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® uses gentle, slow movement sequences and cultivates mindfulness to help you create clear intention and change habitual action. Compliments fitness regimes/mindful movement practices. Good for pain reduction/ rehabilitation. NOTE: Bring mat or blanket and wear clothing allowing unrestricted movement.
