Moving + Paying Attention + Deepening Sensory Awareness + Improving Proprioception. Proprioception is the internal sense that lets you where all of you is in space and time. Poor proprioception compromises your capacity to move well, be strong, and do what you want. A class for all ages - Compliments fitness regimes/mindful movement practices – Good for pain reduction. Work on your internal strength in this class based on the Feldenkrais Method® and Movement Intelligence. NOTE: Bring mat or blanket and wear clothing allowing unrestricted movement.
