The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) grant is designed to strengthen and improve our nation's public workforce system and help get Americans, including youth and those with significant barriers to employment, into high-quality jobs and careers while also helping employers hire and retain skilled workers.
WIOA funding is available for those who qualify and Pikes Peak State College offers several approved career training programs (online certifications and certificate programs) which alligns with in-demand occupation approved for funding. We offer both online self-paced (courses available online anytime, anywhere) as well as live online, instructor-led courses (taught online by a live instructor).
