Fitness Form

For community members who are interested in taking ACT 2 fitness classes.

One ACT 2 fitness form is required to cover each academic year. If you have filled out your fitness form after July 1st, thank you! Please log in to see the "Add to Cart" buttons during open registration.

If you are new or haven't taken a fitness class yet in the 2025-2026 academic year (September 2025 - August 2026), please add this "Fitness Form" course to your cart.

We encourage new students to create an account first. Once you have an active account, add the "Fitness Form" course to your cart, click the "Back to Page" link and the "Add to Cart" button will be visible. The form will appear as part of the check out process.

Nia® Moving To Heal™

Rejuvenate your body in a gentle way to feel better! Nia® Moving To Heal™ draws from dance, martial and healing arts to strengthen awareness of your body intelligence while moving at your own level to inspiring music. Support your wellness with simple, low-stress cardio movements. Can be done barefoot and is adaptable to both seated and standing positions. No experience needed. Fitness Level 1 2 3

Class Notes: Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and clothing layers. If shoes are needed, please bring a clean, soft-soled pair.
