Athens has one of the most vibrant and unique downtowns in the Southeast. It is continually reinventing itself through public art to become a creative center that has a huge impact on our community. Downtown's outdoor museum includes the iconic "We Let the Dawgs Out" Bulldawgs, Project Ginkgo lamppost mosaics, and murals that tell a story. The Venice Biennale has been held every 2 years (as possible) since 1895. Every nation in the world is invited to present their best artists. The 60th Biennale is scheduled from April to November 2024. The 59th Biennale had 80 national exhibits, including 29 permanent country pavilions. The non-permanent country pavilions are scattered in rented space around Venice, in attic garrets, churches, and fancy palaces. The presenter plans to visit as many of the exhibits as possible.
