We will discuss the issues facing people with hearing loss and ways in which we can advocate for effective solutions in our lives.

Performed often and over time, the simple but profound movements and techniques you'll learn may improve not only the health of your feet but also the entire line of fascia that extends from the foot upward and over your head. In the class, plan to remove your shoes and work directly with the fascia of your feet. During the short lecture, we'll talk about walking and the foot's role in motion, trends in barefoot movement and wearing minimalist shoes, and how a greater connection to your feet may improve your balance.
