    Introduction to Lean Process Improvement

The program introduces participants to Lean process improvement methodology and some of the tools and techniques needed to successfully run a Lean project.

Day 1 consists of four sessions which cover the basic elements of Lean, introduces you to a Lean process improvement model and how to scope a Lean process improvement project, and ends with how to implement Lean on a daily basis. Learning activities and discussion of case studies will be spread throughout the day.

On Day 2 you will apply your learnings from Day 1 in a controlled situation as we simulate the process mapping and ideas generation and analysis stages of process redesign.
