Agile Strategy Lab/Strategic Doing

Course Details:

• Duration: 8 weeks, with the first six weeks offering flexible as asynchronous learning, followed by four live sessions.
• Live Sessions Schedule: 2:00 - 4:00 PM CT on Oct. 27, 29 and Nov. 3 and 5.
• Prerequisite: none
• Content: Explore videos, forums, quizzes, and assignments focused on the Ten Skills for Agile Leadership.
• Time Commitment: Approximately 2-3 hours/week.
• No Prerequisites: Open to everyone interested in enhancing their leadership and teamwork skills.
• Course Certificate: Earn 1.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
