Intersession Chairobics - HB Zoom Only
This class combines fun and fitness while moving to music. It is designed to increase muscle strength and range of movement as well as improve cardiovascular health. Small hand weights, elastic bands and/or small balls will be used for toning and we will use a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Balance training and core exercises are also incorporated in this class. NO ON-THE-FLOOR EXERCISES. Fee: $20.00
