Ride the Amtrak Train to Mobile and Visit the National Maritime Museum of the Gulf - GP Field Trip
Please arrive at 8:45 a.m. to meet everyone and check in for the trip. We will be leaving the Amtrak Gulfport Terminal at 9:30 a.m. After arriving in Mobile, we will have about a 10 minute walk to the National Maritime Museum of the Gulf, which overlooks the Port of Mobile and Mobile River. It has 8 decks of 80 immersive exhibits and a cafe. The train leaves at 4:30 p.m. and returns to Gulfport at 6:09 p.m. Please wear comfortable and appropriate attire. Bring a snack and water for the trip. Lunch is Dutch treat. Fee: $65.00
