What is Slow Flow Yoga? It is a gentle, meditative style focusing on moving slowly and mindfully through various poses. It's a great style of yoga for beginners who want to slow down and focus on their breath and movement. Slow Flow Yoga can also help to improve flexibility, strength and balance as well as to increase mindfulness and body awareness.
