Charcuterie Board Workshop - GP In-Person
This class will focus on all five food groups in USDA's MyPlate. This includes cured meats, cheeses, crackers, nuts, veggies, fruits, pickled items, sauces, and spreads. Emphasis will also be placed on food safety. Individuals will learn to create their own unique layouts based on personal preference and likeness. Participants will increase their knowledge related to healthy eating during the holidays and day-to-day using charcuterie boards. Food is included in course fee. Fee: $35.00
