The Beachcomber's Nature Journal - GP In-Person
Simple sketches, written narratives and hand-drawn maps tell tales that collected objects and photographs cannot. During the first session, we will discuss ways to capture the myriad phenomena encountered when combing the interface between land and sea, then visit the beach across from campus. In the second session, we will discuss our finds and observations and share how these were captured on paper, as well as practice the art of the quick sketch. Bring pencils and a pad of paper or journal. Fee: $15.00
