Healthy Body & Fitness

Is your workout feeling stale? Try something new this term – maybe a dance class to change your brain by challenging your body in a new way. How about line dancing, which is fun for all (no cowboy boots required!), or a belly dance class - everyone is welcome, regardless of dance background. Once you take the first steps, regular exercise becomes more enjoyable and easier to maintain over the long term.
