Expand your knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes at ACE! Are you known for your dinner parties, or would you like to be? Or are you looking to add a little variety to your recipes? Then our cooking classes are for you. Learn new cuisines in fun and delicious lessons. Increase your culinary abilities to spice up your menus. Our instructors are helpful and fun. Some classes are hands-on, while others are demonstrations – but they all include eating! Bon appétit!

Italian Cooking With Chef Cordier

To start: Salsa verde dipping sauce served with crusty ciabatta bread, plus an antipasti platter with Italian mortadella, various olives, and peccorino cheese. First dish: Chicken Saltimbocca (pounded thin chicken supremes layered with prosciutto, provolone cheese, and sage leaves, served with a creamy wild mushroom sauce). Second dish: Gnocchi Romana (baked discs of corn polenta - perfectly paired primo dish to accompany Saltimbocca. Third dish: Simple arugula/mixed green salad with white balsamic vinegar, oil and mustard vinaigrette dressing. Buon Appetito!

First dish: Grilled mortadella stuffed with melted cheese and sage leaves. Second dish: Gazpacho, an amazingly fresh chilled spring soup made with watermelon, tomato, pineapple, cucumber, lime, & cilantro. Third dish: Spicy Giant Shrimp and calamari saute (served with shells on - eat with your fingers!) Buon appetito!
