Men, women, seniors, or teens - everyone benefits from knowing how to defend them self in a dangerous situation. The class will cover basic techniques that can be used to escape and survive attacks using the martial art of Kokondo. Kokondo is a traditional self-defense Karate Jujitsu form of martial art that stresses safety and is designed to teach individuals the methods that can be used to protect oneself. There will be no sparring. Students will practice with one another using slow, controlled responses to develop auto muscle memory.
