Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal/refund requests must be made by phone or by email before the start of the class to receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be made after that time. Full refunds will be made if Centralia College cancels the class.
Zoom Link Policy
Our office sends the Zoom link for virtual classes 24-48 hours before the start of class. It is your responsibility to notify our office by phone or email if you have not received the link before the start of the class. If you have not received the link to your inbox, please check your spam folder! Students who fail to request a missing Zoom link before the start of class (by phone or by email) will not be eligible for a refund.
