 Refunds & Withdrawals 
In-Person Classes - Withdrawal/refund requests must be made by phone or email prior to the start of the class to receive a 100 percent refund. No refunds will be made after that time. Unexplained absences from class without prior communication to the instructor will result in immediate withdrawal and the student will not be refunded.
Online/Zoom Classes - Withdrawal/refund requests must be made by phone or email 24 hours or more from the start of the class to receive a 100 percent refund. For the security of the virtual classroom, refunds for online classes will not be authorized after the Zoom link has been sent.
All Classes - Full refunds will be made if Centralia College cancels the class.

 Important - Zoom Links 
The CE office will email Zoom links 24 hours before the class starts. Please check your spam folder before requesting a new link. If you have not received the Zoom link and the online class is fewer than 24 hours away, contact the CE office immediately at 360-623-8940. If you do not contact the CE office about the missing Zoom link before the class starts, a refund will not be provided.

 
  • Basic Dumplings from Scratch
  • Dumplings are versatile and can be easily made at home. Let's have fun and learn how to pinch, squeeze, and pleat delicious dumplings. We'll start making dumpling wrappers from scratch. Then, we'll make the chicken and vegetable filling. We'll fold and cook dumplings into potstickers. While the dumplings are cooking, we'll make a delicious sauce.

  • There are so many unique ways to bring the element of water into the garden while benefiting local wildlife such as birds, frogs, and other critters. Join pond expert Kerri Bailey, as she shares her 20+years of experience in the water garden industry with you explaining the basics of construction and care of many types of water features (fountains, waterfalls and ponds). Learn how to create and maintain a wildlife friendly landscape through design techniques, principles, and useful plants. We will discuss a variety of DIY projects that can be built or assembled in a few hours up to a few of days. Class includes handout, eBook and design suggestions.
