Develop balance and strength while practicing meditation in motion with Tai Chi stances and exercises, which focus on body alignment and body mechanics. This class is for beginners as well as those with previous Tai Chi experience. This low-impact fitness class promotes deep breathing which has been shown to reduce some of the physical aspects of stress. Tai Chi requires mind and body integration, which can enhance mental capacity and concentration.

Help create and experience the performance and creative aspects of community theater while developing memory and movement skills, in addition to acting experience and skills. Become part of the team (in the spotlight or behind the scenes) for the Summer 2024 musical production of "The Lightning Thief, The Percy Jackson Musical."
